• While every reasonable care is taken, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose, worn, or defective vehicle parts, including but not limited to mirrors, antennas, wipers, trims, badges, spoilers, roof racks, and accessories.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from defective or improperly fitted vehicle components.
• Please remove all personal belongings and valuables before leaving your vehicle. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Customers must disclose any known vehicle defects or modifications that may affect the washing process.
• Claims for alleged damage must be reported to management before the vehicle leaves the premises. Claims made after departure may not be accepted.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, power outages, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
