By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Vehicles are washed at the owner's risk.
• Vehicles are left at owner's risk.
• Please remove all personal belongings and valuables before leaving your vehicle. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• While every reasonable care is taken, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose, worn, or defective vehicle parts, including but not limited to mirrors, antennas, wipers, trims, badges, spoilers, roof racks, and accessories.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from defective or improperly fitted vehicle components.
• We shall not be liable in any way whatsoever or be responsible for any loss to the vehicle including but not limited to fire, theft, burglary, and/or unlawful acts.
• We shall not be held responsible for damages to the owner's vehicle if we are requested to drive the vehicle.
• If the owner opts to leave the vehicle keys in our premises, we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, missing or damaged keys.
• Customers must disclose any known vehicle defects or modifications that may affect the washing process.
• Claims for alleged damage must be reported to management before the vehicle leaves the premises. Claims made after departure may not be accepted.
• We will not accept responsibility for engine malfunction or damage should we be required to do an engine wash.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, power outages, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
